Signature & Insurance

• Signature required upon delivery for all shipments.

Tracking

Addresses & Failed Deliveries

• Please provide a complete and accurate address.
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we can reship it; additional re-shipping fees may apply.

Damage, Loss, or Theft

• If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or shows no tracking movement for more than 48 hours, notify us immediately (ideally within 48–72 hours).
• We’ll file the insurance claim with the carrier and keep you updated on the resolution.
