Return Policy

We do not offer refunds. All approved returns are issued as store credit only for use on a future purchase.

1) Window & Conditions

  • You may initiate a return within 14 calendar days from the delivery date (per the carrier’s tracking).
  • Items must be returned in the same condition received: unused, undamaged, no scratches or alterations, with original packaging, box, certificates, tags, and any accessories/promotional gifts.
  • Returns outside the window or not meeting these conditions may be rejected or issued with an adjusted credit.

2) Custom Pieces

  • Made-to-order pieces, engravings, special sizes, or custom designs are final sale.
  • If a manufacturing defect is present, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or store credit (never a refund).

3) Credit Amount & Use

  • Store credit is issued for the amount paid for the returned item (shipping not included).
  • Credit does not expire, is not redeemable for cash, and not transferable without written authorization.
  • It may be applied to one or multiple future purchases until the balance is used.

4) How to Request a Return (RMA)

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 10 days with your order number and clear photos of the item.
  • We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return address.
  • Ship the package insured, with signature required and tracking (we recommend using the original packaging).
  • If the return is due to our error, we cover the return shipping cost.

5) Receipt & Inspection

  • Once received, we complete an inspection within 2–3 business days.
  • If approved, we issue your store credit within 3–5 business days and send confirmation by email/WhatsApp.

6) Additional Notes

  • Original shipping and any re-shipping costs are non-refundable and re-ship fees may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts.
  • For damaged, lost, or stolen packages, please see our Shipping Policy (all shipments are insured and require signature).
