Who we are: Tahi Jewelry Inc. (“Tahi Jewelry,” “we,” “us”). These Terms govern use of our site, online purchases, and sales made during live streams (“lives”).
1) Acceptance
By accessing the site, purchasing, or interacting with our lives, you agree to these Terms and our linked policies (Privacy and Shipping). If you disagree, please do not use the site.
2) Eligibility & Account
You must be 18+ to purchase. If you create an account, keep your information accurate and your password secure. You are responsible for all activity from your account.
3) Product Information
We work with authentic materials (e.g., 14k/18k gold, .925 silver) and quality finishes. Normal variations in tone, weight, and measurements may occur due to artisanal processes and screen settings. We publish descriptions as accurately as possible.
4) Prices, Taxes & Errors
Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes and shipping apply by destination. If we detect a typographical error in price or description, we may cancel or correct the order and offer a refund or confirmation at the correct price.
5) Orders & Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy; acceptance occurs when we send a shipping confirmation with tracking. We may reject/cancel orders due to payment verification, fraud checks, lack of inventory, or other reasonable reasons (amounts paid will be refunded).
6) Payments & Verification
We accept methods enabled at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store full card data. For high-value orders we may request identity verification.
7) Processing & Shipping
Processing time: 2–3 business days before dispatch.
U.S. shipping options: Standard 5–7 business days, 2nd Day, and Overnight.
All shipments are insured and signature required. Transit times run after processing and may vary due to weather/carrier. See our Shipping Policy for details.
8) Delivery, Risk & Signature
Risk of loss transfers to the customer when the carrier confirms delivery with signature. If no one is available to sign and the package is returned or needs rescheduling, re-ship fees may apply.
9) Exchanges, Returns & Warranties
Conditions in our Returns & Exchanges Policy (always visible on the site) apply. Please review timeframes, item condition, and request process. Manufacturing warranties are handled per that policy.
10) Custom Pieces
Made-to-order items, engravings, special sizes, or custom designs are final sale (not cancelable/returnable), except for verified manufacturing defects.
11) Sizing, Repairs & Services
We offer ring sizing and repair services when feasible. Costs and timelines are confirmed in writing before work begins.
12) Promotions, Coupons & Gift Cards
Promotions/coupons are not combinable unless stated, and have specific terms and validity. Gift cards are digital, non-refundable, and apply only to purchases on our site.
13) Site Use
Use the site lawfully and respectfully. Prohibited: security breaches, automated data extraction without permission, identity spoofing, or using our content for unauthorized commercial purposes.
14) Intellectual Property
All site content (text, images, logos, photos, video, designs) is owned by Tahi Jewelry or licensors and protected. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without written authorization.
15) Reviews & User Content
If you submit reviews, photos, or testimonials (including participation in lives), you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and reuse them across Tahi Jewelry channels, per our Privacy Policy.
16) Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tahi Jewelry is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (data loss, lost profits, etc.). Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase.
17) Disclaimer of Warranties
The site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make reasonable efforts for accuracy and availability but do not guarantee freedom from all errors, interruptions, or third-party issues (carriers, payment gateways, live platforms).
18) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tahi Jewelry from claims arising from your misuse of the site, breach of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.
19) Privacy & Communications
Your data is processed under our Privacy Policy. By purchasing or contacting us, you agree to receive electronic communications related to your order (email/WhatsApp). You can manage marketing preferences at any time.
20) Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Before any legal action, parties will attempt mediation in Miami, Florida. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Florida, and the award may be enforced in competent courts. Nothing herein limits non-waivable legal rights.
21) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the current version with the update date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
